TECHNICAL INQUIRIES

All devices with web browsing capabilities will work on Mystread. That means your laptop, smartphone, tablet or even a modern ereader will work just fine.

The best thing to do is contact our knowledgeable support team. Send them a description of your problem and you will get an answer as soon as possible - usually within 24 hours.

Here! Adobe Digital Editions is used to read all our books. If you're having issues, get in touch with Mystread's technical support team.

You should contact Mystread support staff via phone or email. Tell them what device you're on and what content isn't working properly.

All common browsers are supported by Mystread. Do make sure that you always have the latest version of your browser to ensure compatibility. If you're unsure, use either Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera or Internet Explorer. These operating systems are good bets too: Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Windows Phone or Linux.

Try contacting our support staff for help. Please include as much detail as you can regarding the device, browser and what book you were trying to read. We will get back to you within 24 hours upon receiving your request.

BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP

If you cancelled your membership and received a confirmation email, there shouldn't be any additional charges billed to you. You will have access to your membership for the remainder of your subscription term for which you have paid. If you do receive a bill in error, contact our customer service department and we will look into the matter for you.

Your membership can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access to your account throughout the remainder of the subscription term for which you have paid. You will not be billed any further.

Different statuses of refund eligibility:
i) If you have experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing mistake has happened, you qualify for a refund.
ii) If you have not received the experience you expected from our website, you might be refund eligible.

Refund Status:
We make every effort to process refunds within 24 hours. We will send an email confirmation to the email address we have on file. We ask that you allow 3 to 7 business days for the credit or refund to show in your account. To learn more about our refund policy call us toll-free at 1-844-433-9267.

We add content on a daily basis. We work diligently to make sure you have access to the most complete library possible.
